Learn from Inspiring Leaders: Engage in in-depth conversations, presentations, and networking opportunities with senior leaders across various sectors and industries, broadening your perspective on leadership.

Discover Your Leadership Style: Uncover your unique leadership style by exploring your values, ethics, personal story, and experiences through interactive discussions.

Build a Strong Network: Connect with an multi-sector alumni network of leaders in Southland and Otago, providing ongoing access to valuable connections and resources.

Our line-up speakers bring a diverse range of experiences and insights, offering participants a comprehensive and multifaceted understanding of leadership. Each session is designed to address different aspects of leadership, from ethical considerations to strategic planning and personal development. 

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

The Leadership Academy is open to all individuals seeking to excel in leadership, regardless of their affiliations. While priority will be given to Wānaka Business Chamber members for the limited spaces available, anyone passionate about leadership is encouraged to apply.

GRADUATION AND BEYOND:

Upon completing the experiential and reflective learning sessions, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to be a significant leader in your organisation or community. Please note you must give us no less than 10 days notice of any cancellation prior to the scheduled date.  Failure to do so will incur full payment for this event.
